There is not a massive amount we can say about this boat. It is around 29ft long and 9.5ft beam. It is belived to be made by Freedom marine, and to be an ex pilot boat for the Port of London Authority.
It has been reported that in her current condition, she is not able to steer with the helm due to cable breaking. She can currently be controlled by a tiller at the rear. Although she is watertight, she does accumulate a small amount of water, which is regularly pumped out by the current owner of the boat. Her engine we believe is an old ford diesel engine. She has a coal heater, heads, oven and microwave. We believe she also has a fishfinder/radar, but unsure if it is working condition.
Her current mooring is in a working boaatyard. Her fee's are described as '£8-900.00pa' and we believe these can be taken over if desired.
