Ashore at BH23 and needs to be moved.

This modified Sadler 27 Frigate (also known as Phoenix 27) is a project half way through.

She has a mast, sails, inboard engine but needs work. The current owner is half way through fitting a lifting keel. The keel parts fabrication is done, now needs fully welding by a coded welder. Most of the materials to finish are there. Inside it is a blank canvas. Totally empty, apart from the V birth & engine.

The boat has clearly been modified at some stage in her life from the original Sadler project.

Life has gotten in the way, and the owner wants to pass the project on. One of the main problems with boat where it is stored at moment is there is no mains electricity.

To repeal timewasters, a deposit of £100 will be requested to secure the boat, refunded upon removal/take over within two weeks.
