‘Tiller Girl’ is a beautiful boat of just under 32ft LOA, of carvel wooden construction. Due to increasing mooring fees and lack of time to sail her, the current owners are looking to find someone willing to take her on and become the next custodian in a small line of caring owners.

Her rig is a Bermudan sloop, with a full set of sails (reefable mainsail, 150% genoa, and cruising spinnaker with snuffer). The engine is a running Volvo Penta 2030B, fitted with an automatic fire extinguisher system, alongside a wide range of onboard electrics listed in the full description (link below).

According to the owners she is a well-kept and much-loved boat. While undeniably beautiful, wooden boats require significantly more care and ongoing maintenance compared to GRP/fibreglass vessels. We therefore recommend that anyone without prior experience of classic wooden boats undertakes their own research into the maintenance involved before registering interest.
