It’s an "Out of Town" IP23-moulds motorboat, very seaworthy but needs a new engine and some smaller jobs (new windows and a bit of paint).  The engine was a 1.8 BMC left to an engineer in Essex, you can try chasing it but the current owner gave up due to unreliability of the guy.

There is a top of the range gps marine radio included as it is registered to Magpie with her own MMS number only been used/fitted in 2021 but as Magpie has not been out much it’s brand new also it’s never left onboard.

The outside pictures were taken on 22/02/2024, the interior ones are older, but we are told it would be in a similar state now.

Currently she is moored in Plymouth on a tidal pontoon.

To repel timewasters, a deposit of £200 will be requested to secure the boat from just one selected person, refunded upon removal/take over within two weeks.
