Note that the boat will have to be removed from the mooring in Brixham outer harbour on completion.

The yacht is sea worthy being sailed regularly in Torbay single handed up till 3 weeks ago. She sits on a swing mooring that is now required for a newer vessel. She requires a paint job and some TLC but otherwise sails well. The outboard motor runs and is used to exit and re-enter the harbour.
