Fin keel, Single mast, cabin, all sails. 
The boat does need some attention but almost certainly could be renovated. It is moored near Falmouth, but needs to moved away.

With some renovation (jet wash and antifoul, rigging repairs and new bilge pump and battery) the boat should sail perfectly well. The interior needs attention but that is relatively straightforward. It also has a toilet.

There is no an outboard coming with the boat, and rigging needs repairs to back stay and the starboard lower stay.
