1. The boat is in good condition. She is Bilge keel.

2. She comes with Spare sails, scrapers, anti foul, anchor etc, all included

3.  An Mariner long shaft, 4 stroke, 6HP is also included, but no tender. The bracket on the outboard gear box cracked just recently, so probably it’s currently unusable.
