Bilge keel bermundian sloop. Yanmar 1GM10 inboard diesel (serviced last year but not run over the winter. fenders, mooring lines, anchors, lifejackets, sails, spirit stove.

On a marina mooring. The new owner could keep the boat at the marina if required.

No major structural issues with the boat. A few small jobs leftover from last year's insurance survey and winter maintenance.

The boat is generally in good condition but has been rather neglected since the pandemic when the current owner moved it to Kent.  There is a good Insurance survey from February last year and most of the recommended work was done last year including renewing the fuel system and cockpit locker lids and a new gear and throttle lever. The engine was serviced by the marina workshop but hasn't been run much since as the owner lives away from the boat. There were two new batteries fitted last year and two new foredeck cleats professionally fitted.

The owner is only parting with the boat because of health issues, he cannot manage her on theirown anymore. The genoa roller furling system was stuck the last time I tried to put the sails on but otherwise she only really needs winter maintenance to get her going again.

To repeal timewasters, a deposit of £100 will be requested to secure the boat, refunded upon removal/take over within two weeks.
