Kestrel is a 25ft Canal & Riverboat cruiser moored on the River Severn which has belong to the parents of her current owner for 40 years. The mooring is to be vacated asap.

She is structurally sound but has not had any attention for 4 years. She has a 9.9hp 4 stroke Yamaha engine which is probably 20 years old but regularly serviced until the last 4 years. The rear cabin houses the fuel tank.  Kestrel is steered from the central cockpit.  

Kestrel has a galley area with a sink and gas oven, and the rear cabin has a porter loo and wash basin. The cabin areas have suffered from damp.

The charity the boat was offered to has retracted their interest after the outboard has stopped running (once again).  The engine was running after the carburettor had been cleaned out and adjusted. However about 1 mile after the removal journey started the engine stopped and could not get it restarted.

To repeal timewasters, a deposit of £200 will be requested to secure the boat, refunded upon removal/take over within two weeks.
