Built in 1971 by Ridgeway Marine to a design by Ian Proctor.
This is a fast, three to four berth cruiser thought to have 4 owners during its life
All invoices going back to 1980’s supplied
A rigging survey highlighted a sunken deck aft of the mast step and a small crack in the coachroof forward of the companionway. Also it mentioned grp cracking to the gunwhales and chainplates, as well as a few minor items to be attended to. A copy of the report is available upon request.

During 2023, the cabin windows were replaced. The boat was out of the water most of the year until it was relaunched in Oct 2023. The hull was polished and two coats of antifouling applied.

To repel timewasters, a deposit of £200 will be requested to secure the boat from just one selected person, refunded upon removal/take over within two weeks.
