She is clearly a project boat, 51 years old, will need pumping out before moving however the overall watertight integrity of the boat is maintained – water appears to be rainwater that has filled up the cockpit and entered the boat through the hatch. The outboard is probably on its last legs. 

She is moored in a tidal creek, the mooring is owned by the Duchy of Cornwall, and can be renewed in February 2025 (only £120 per year). There is a rural slipway 150 yard from the mooring.

£1000 can be paid towards moving expenses if required.

Sadly the current owner has no means of getting to the boat personally to take internal photos or show prospective owners.
